TurtlesEgg Ambassador Program — FAQ

1. What is the TurtlesEgg Ambassador Program? 

It’s a community of industry leaders, community builders, influencers, entrepreneurs, and supporters who help introduce and onboard local and nationwide businesses to TurtlesEgg.  
Ambassadors share the platform, invite sellers to sign up, and earn commission.  

2. Who can join? 

If you believe in helping businesses thrive and see your community grow, you’re welcome here. No experience required. 

3. Does it cost anything to join? 

Never. Becoming an “TurtlesEgg Ambassador” is free — always.  

4. How do I earn? 

You earn commissions every time you: 

  • Refer a new seller and initiate their sign up.  signups 

Your dashboard shows real-time sign up’s, earnings, performance and payout status. 

5. How does tracking work? 

Once you sign up, you will have access to your own dashboard and receive a unique referral link.
Every signup is tracked automatically and displayed in your dashboard on affiliate.turtlesegg.com  
You don’t need to do anything more.  

6. When do I get paid? 

Commissions are processed on a scheduled payout cycle. Once a referral is verified, it’s added to your upcoming payout. 

7. How will I get paid?

Choose the method that works best for you: 

  • Stripe Payouts 
  • Check by USPS (U.S. only)

Your payout details can be updated anytime through your dashboard. 

8. What types of businesses can I refer? 

Any business that sells products, services, or both — including: 
beauty, wellness, retail, sports, creatives, coaches, restaurants, home services, and e-commerce brands. 
If they serve customers, you can refer them. 

9. Do I receive promotional content? 

Yes. Ambassadors get access to clean, ready-to-share graphics, videos, and onboarding materials.

10. Where can I promote my link?  

Anywhere you connect with people: 

Text, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Messenger, email, or your website. 
Just avoid spam, bots, or misleading claims.

11. Can I run paid ads? 

Yes — but only with written approval. 
This ensures campaigns stay aligned and don’t compete with official TurtlesEgg ads. 

12. What if someone signs up without my link?  

You can submit a manual referral claim from your dashboard. 
The team will review it and assign it to you if verified. 

13. Is the program secure and legitimate? 

Absolutely. 
TurtlesEgg uses trusted processors like Stripe and follows strict compliance standards for payouts, tracking, and data protection. 

14. Is this income taxable? 

Depending on your region, affiliate earnings may be taxable. 


U.S. Ambassadors may receive a 1099 if earnings pass the IRS threshold. 

 A W-9 form duly filled is required to initiate payouts.  The form is available on the affiliate.turtlesegg.com portal. 

15. Can I leave the program? 

Anytime. Just let us know or pause your account. 


Verified unpaid commissions will still be sent on the next payout cycle.
